Schedule a Visit
We are so excited that you have decided to visit our campus. We can’t wait to show you what Kansas Wesleyan University has to offer! Please schedule your visit at least seven days in advance to allow time for the proper scheduling and planning. In addition, we discourage individuals from scheduling visits Dec. 16-20, 2024 and Jan. 6-10, 2025 in order to allow for your visit to be as fruitful as possible. While visits are accepted during those weeks, portions of the university may be inaccessible due to winter break.
We will be sending you a confirmation email. The Admissions team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your visit request has been received. f you do not receive a confirmation email during that time, you are strongly encouraged to reach out to our main office email at [email protected]. If you attempt to schedule a visit while campus is closed (such as during Christmas), a admissions representative will reach out to you directly to reschedule.
